Notes: Tosh thought nothing could shock her anymore.

Tosh was used to sleeping rough or in odd places. With Torchwood, you learned to take sleep wherever you could get it. This however was a completely different story.

It had been Gwen's idea to raise money for charity, and whilst she agreed in principle, sleeping out on the streets for the night was harder than it seemed. The wintery air was a shock to the system since they were only allowed a thin blanket each. She couldn't imagine doing this night after night, unable to get warm.

The plight of Cardiff's homeless was far more shocking than anything alien.
